Position responsibilities will include, but is not limited to, assisting retail and wholesale customers with product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction, ensuring that the store achieves or exceeds sales plan and profitability targets, overseeing daily operational procedures and processes to company standards, inventory and expense control, provide support to outside sales personnel. The position assumes a leadership role and oversees the store personnel staff, which includes hiring, training, scheduling, etc.
This is a full-time position. Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket product and management experience desired. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability insurances. 401(k) with Co. match and discretionary profit sharing.
